ZyncLedger is a subscription. This page explains how the plans work, where to see your billing, and how renewals happen.

Plans and pricing

There are two plans, and they differ only in billing frequency, not features:

  • Monthly: billed every month.
  • Annual: billed once a year, at a lower effective rate.

No feature tiers

Every plan includes the full app. You are not paying for a bigger tier to unlock features; you pay per user seat. The first seat is priced a little higher, and each additional seat is cheaper. See the pricing page for the current rates.

Annual billing works out cheaper than paying monthly across a year. There is also an optional one-time setup service if you would like the ZyncLedger team to configure your account for you when you start.

Where to see your billing

Open Settings → Account & Billing. It has two tabs:

  • Account: your entitled users (seats), your trial end date and days remaining if you are on a trial, and your next billing date.
  • Billing: your invoice history, with each invoice's number, date, amount, and status (paid, pending, or failed). You can view and print a paid invoice, or pay a pending one.

Renewals

ZyncLedger raises a renewal invoice automatically on your next billing date and takes you to the secure payment page to settle it. If a payment does not go through, the invoice is marked failed and you can retry it from the Billing tab.

Keep your subscription active

Your access depends on an active subscription. If billing lapses, sign-in can be interrupted, so it is worth paying a pending or failed invoice promptly from the Billing tab.

Changing your plan or seats

To move between monthly and annual, or to add or remove user seats, contact the ZyncLedger team. Adding seats is how you raise the number of people who can be logged in at once (see Users, seats & permissions).
