These terms govern your use of services provided by ZyncApps, including the ZyncLedger cloud platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZyncApps services (including ZyncLedger), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Statement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

ZyncApps offers ZyncLedger, cloud based accounting and business management software suited to typical ERP workflows, for small and medium businesses. The service includes:

  • Sales and invoice management
  • Inventory and purchase order tracking
  • Financial reporting and accounting
  • Customer and supplier management
  • Point of sale (POS) system
  • Access for multiple users, with permissions tied to each role
  • Data storage and backup services

3. Subscription and Payment Terms

Subscription plans: ZyncLedger is offered on monthly and annual plans. Pricing is typically per user and may vary by plan or promotion.

Payment: Fees are billed in advance for the period you select. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

Price changes: ZyncApps may change fees with reasonable notice (for example thirty days). New prices apply from your next billing cycle unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation: You may cancel through the billing or account controls we provide. Cancellation usually takes effect at the end of the paid period; refunds for a partial period are not owed unless required by law.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Account security: You are responsible for credentials and for activity under your account. Notify ZyncApps promptly of unauthorized use.

Data accuracy: You are responsible for data you or your users enter. ZyncApps is not liable for losses caused solely by incorrect or incomplete input.

Prohibited use: You will not use the service unlawfully, to harm others, or to disrupt or probe our systems beyond normal use.

5. Data Ownership and Access

Your data: You keep ownership of business content you store in ZyncLedger. ZyncApps does not claim ownership of your business records.

Access and export: Subject to your role and plan, you can access, export, or delete data using the product, consistent with our Privacy Statement and technical capabilities.

Retention: After subscription ends, we may keep data for a limited period so you can reactivate or download exports, then delete it as described in the Privacy Statement.

6. Service Availability and Support

Availability: We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance may be announced when feasible.

Support: Support is provided through channels ZyncApps publishes (for example email or inside the application). Response times can depend on plan or severity.

Changes to the service: We may modify features or discontinue parts of the service with notice where reasonable.

7. Limitation of Liability

ZyncLedger and other ZyncApps services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. ZyncApps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use. Total liability for a claim is limited to fees you paid to ZyncApps for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless a higher minimum applies under mandatory law.

8. Intellectual Property

Software, branding, documentation, and other materials made available by ZyncApps (including the ZyncLedger product) are owned by ZyncApps or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited right to use them under these terms, not a sale of ownership.

9. Changes to Terms

ZyncApps may update these terms. Material changes may be communicated by email or in the product. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance unless you stop using the service.
